These terms cover this website and its email list. They are short because this site does very little.
1. Who you are agreeing with
This site is run by CentBeat. If you need to reach us about these terms, write to legal@centbeat.com.
2. What this site is
This is a page about a product that is being built and tested. It is not the product. There is nothing here to sign in to, nothing to buy, and no account to create. Everything the site describes is either working today in testing or openly marked as not decided.
3. What you can do here
Read it, and leave your email address if you want to hear when CentBeat is ready to try. That is all the site asks of you.
4. This is not financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment or trading advice. We are not a registered investment adviser, a broker, a fund manager or a licensed financial professional anywhere.
Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Nothing here is tailored to you, your money or your circumstances, and nothing here should be read as a suggestion about what to trade or when.
If you need advice, get it from someone licensed to give it in your own country.
5. The email list
If you give us your address you will get one email asking you to confirm it. Nothing is sent until you do. After that you get one email when CentBeat is ready to try, and nothing else.
Every email has a one-click way off the list. You can also write to privacy@centbeat.com and ask to be removed. How we handle your address is set out in the Privacy Policy.
6. What we do not promise
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, or that everything on it is free of mistakes. We describe a product under construction, and what is described here may change before anything ships.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that follows from using this site or from anything you read on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. The words and pictures on this site
The text, design and images here are ours. Read them, quote them and link to them. Do not republish the site wholesale as if it were yours.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. If they change in a way that matters to anyone on the email list, we will say so in an email.
